Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 77r7 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 77r7 website located at https://77r7.io, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and ancillary services available thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the 77r7 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by every provision contained herein. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the 77r7 platform and close your account.

Eligibility & Registration Requirements

Use of the 77r7 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the Services:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered Bangladeshi mobile number, and preferred payment method. 77r7 may request documentary verification of any information provided at registration, including National ID (NID) card, passport, or utility bill, prior to processing your first withdrawal.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration or subsequent verification constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of closure.

Account Management

Your 77r7 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or shared with any other individual under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify the 77r7 support team immediately.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 77r7 login username and password. 77r7 strongly recommends the following account security practices:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not reused across other websites or services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Log out of your account fully after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Do not share your 77r7 login credentials with family members, friends, or any third party.

77r7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the account is being used in a manner that violates this Agreement, poses a security risk, or is otherwise contrary to the legitimate interests of the platform or its player community.

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the 77r7 support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment wallet, subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4 of this Agreement.

Deposits & Withdrawals

77r7 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank internet banking may be available subject to platform updates. Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 77r7, though individual wallet providers may impose their own daily or monthly transfer limits. Deposits are credited to your 77r7 account balance within seconds of the transfer being confirmed by the sending wallet. 77r7 does not charge any platform-side fees on standard deposits.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by 77r7 within one to six hours during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are remitted exclusively to the same registered mobile wallet from which the corresponding deposit was made. This policy is a security measure and is not negotiable. 77r7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not previously used for a deposit, or international payment methods.

• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Players who have not yet completed verification will be required to submit acceptable identification documents before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Funds derived from bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 of this Agreement before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• 77r7 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal payment pending completion of enhanced due-diligence checks if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, 77r7 reserves the right to reverse that credit at any time regardless of whether intervening wagers have been placed against it.

All transactions on 77r7 are conducted in BDT. There are no foreign currency conversions at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account; the amount you withdraw is the amount received in your registered wallet, subject only to any limits applied by your wallet provider.

Bonuses & Promotions

77r7 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between the offer-specific terms and the general terms in this section, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the offer-specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a 77r7 account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagers placed on certain game types, including but not limited to live dealer games, sports betting accumulators with odds below a specified threshold, and specific slot titles, may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Bonus Abuse: The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it, as well as possible permanent account suspension:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit a promotional offer in a manner not intended by 77r7.
• Placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, markets, or outcomes to manufacture a low-risk bonus clearing strategy.
• Claiming a bonus under false pretences, including by providing inaccurate registration details to circumvent eligibility restrictions.

77r7 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus offers are not transferable and hold no monetary value outside the 77r7 platform. Players who have opted out of promotional communications via their account settings will not be automatically enrolled in any promotional campaign.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 77r7 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, in addition to the general provisions of this Agreement. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's help or information section on the platform.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 77r7 system, it is final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the player. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the result recorded by 77r7's official data feed or game server shall be treated as conclusive, subject only to the dispute resolution process described below.

• Sports Betting: Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time; the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. 77r7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, or determined to have been affected by irregular activity.
• Casino Games: All casino games available on 77r7 are sourced from certified third-party providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited. 77r7 does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.
• Crash Games & Instant Win: For crash-format games including Aviator by Spribe, the outcome of each round is determined by a provably fair algorithm. The result of each round is independent of all previous and subsequent rounds. 77r7 accepts no liability for a player's failure to cash out before a crash event occurs.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the 77r7 platform. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77r7 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of discovery, regardless of the source of those funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent any platform security or access control mechanism.
• Colluding with other players, whether on the same platform or externally, to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports market.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or system glitches to obtain a mathematical advantage. Players who discover an error must report it to the 77r7 support team immediately without exploiting it. Any winnings derived from an identified error may be voided regardless of whether the player was aware of the error at the time.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using 77r7 as a conduit for depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.

• Registering or operating more than one 77r7 account simultaneously, or registering a new account after a previous account has been closed for breach of this Agreement.

77r7 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 77r7 may take immediate action including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable under Bangladeshi law. Players who believe they have been incorrectly flagged for prohibited conduct may submit a dispute through the support team within 14 days of the relevant action.

Responsible Gaming

77r7 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment; it should never be pursued as a source of income or as a way to recover financial losses. 77r7 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible at any time from within the account settings section following a successful 77r7 login:

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77r7 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a player's own error, including incorrect bet placement, failure to cash out, or entry of incorrect payment details.
• Loss or damage arising from temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Loss resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions beyond the reasonable control of 77r7.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where such access results from the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security as described in Section 3.

77r7's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

The 77r7 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77r7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the platform or its content.

Privacy & Data Protection

77r7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and is available in full at https://77r7.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy as a binding part of your agreement with 77r7.

In summary, 77r7 collects personal information at the point of registration and during the course of your use of the platform, including your name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, transaction history, and device information. This information is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and improving the player experience. 77r7 does not sell personal data to third parties.
